At the risk of sounding incredibly stupid, what’s the difference between categories and tags? Or is it that it’s a CATegory? ^_^

And the difference between categories and tags…is…well, one of the major debates in the WordPress portion of the blogosphere, these days. WordPress has always had categories and just got tags in the latest version.
