About the Author

I’m currently 23 and a seventh grade math teacher in Arizona. I live with three cats and various houseplants (they tend to rotate through as the cats kill them; one of these days I’ll work out a better system than that). I’ve worked in a job I hated, lived on almost nothing, and fought my way to a second chance after the system that’s supposed to be fixing inequality tried to throw me away.
